a full history regarding your physical and mental well-being, your health goals and to see whether or not my services could benefit you.
a physical examination which includes a postural, musculo-skeletal and neurological exam.
additional testing: Postural photos & Xrays if indicated (on site)

the plan consists of your reasons for getting checked, their causes and the proposed care, duration, and costs.

If you choose to proceed, we begin your first chiropractic adjustment.
